This is a hybrid position, combining in-office work with the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, follows up consistently, and knows how to turn inquiries into booked events.
Preferred experience includes:
- Professional sales or customer-service experience
- Wedding or event planning
- DJ or entertainment services
- Photo booth services
- Hospitality or venue sales
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to new event and wedding inquiries
- Speaking with potential clients by phone, email, text, and video call
- Learning our services and recommending the best packages
- Creating proposals and following up with leads
- Guiding clients through the booking process
- Maintaining accurate lead and sales information in our CRM
- Helping build strong relationships with venues and event professionals
We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, dependable, comfortable with technology, and driven to meet sales goals. Knowledge of the wedding and event industry is a major plus!
